Health is mathematik, it is about nutrition and expenses, minerals you spend.

You can think of your body as having a mineral bank account.

The body is demineralizing (taking nutrients from the body) and remineralizing

(adding minerals to the body) every second, depending what you eat and do.

The ABC for Bone and Joint Regeneration:

1) Have your Vitamin D level checked from your physician (and get a copy of the
result to research yourself!!) ==> and fill your your Vitamin D if necessary
Along with Vitamin D the body also want Vitamin K2 which helps to regulate the
Calciumlevel in the Body.


2) Get your Green Juices to drink morning and night to get the most wanted
mineral magnesium (calcium can only be placed into your bones with
magnesium!), reset the acid-alkaline balance in the body, to fill up your
nutritional bank account and to get important amino acids (the building blocks
of protein). Choose Barley Grass Juice Powder over Wheat Grass Powder.
One the is dried juice versus the dry powdered grass. 

3) Change the morning coffee … if you need to drink coffee at all ;) … with
unsweatend herbal teas which support the elimination of build up unwanted
substances, like uric acid (kidney or liver teas)

Vegetables spreads instead of Jam or cheese.



4) Eat 2 large vegetables Meals a day .. half of your plate full of colorful
vegetables to fill the body up with the building blocks for healthy bones →
minerals



5) Include Omega 3 fatty acids, like flaxseed or hempoil .. which you find in the
refrigerator of your health food stores. Astaxanthin is also very beneficial



6) Move your Body, go walking, cycle, in the gym, on the trampolin to get the
lymph fluid moving, increase the blood cirdulation, get oxygen in your system,
the precondition of activation the selfhealing-system


7) Joint pain can be for most people considerably worsened with meat soups
(uric acids), and vegetables and products of the nightshade family, such as
tomatos, peppers, eggplant and chocolate and cholocate products.
(raw or cooked does not make a difference) Use Carob instead of chocolate!



8) Tight clothing can lead to deposits on various joints as the lymph can flow hinder
     the smooth transport of waste products away from joints and nutrients to the joints.
     WASTE PRODUCTS AND NUTRIENTS CAN´T STAY ONE THE SAME PLACE!!
   
  Too tight bras can be responsible for shoulder, neck, upper back issues (as well as headaches)
     Too tight waistlines of trousers can contribute to hips issues, etc.

We are working with Essential oils in massages, there are a lot of very impressive
